A creative solution for affordable homeownership options
How & Why the project addresses the problem
Our Affordable Housing Solution proposes that if local residents can pay rent and monthly utility bills they can become homeowners for the same money.
Ideally, these homes would be purchased by individuals or families that plan to live there. If
purchased by local governments, or investors, these units would also be truly
AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Project Features include
Multi-unit container projects provide many possibilities for shared community
amenities that enhance quality of life as well as supports Small & Mico
Businesses, Entrepreneurs, People working from home, and Senior Community
members.
We have assembled an interdisciplinary team in design, construction, real estate, and
community development to develop this project in ways that best serve the pressing
needs of Brattleboro area residents.
Each development will be on its own land and could have a form of HOA or
management. Individual units will be available for sale.
We estimate a project timeline of as little as 6 months from funding to completion.
Purchase price for individual units could be as low as $150,000.
Public and private Partners could provide down payment assistance, financing options,
and government subsidies.
We envision a multi-unit housing community that will occupy several separate parcels
of land. These buildings will be constructed with shipping containers. These could be
dense mini-communities.
Multi-unit container homes are a great way to create an affordable, eco-friendly
housing solution for families and communities. These homes are made by combining
multiple shipping containers to create a larger living space that is efficient, functional,
and stylish.
Multi-unit container homes and communities are inherently flexible, with
intentional design, you can create:
Multi-unit container homes, offer high-quality, customizable living spaces,
and a cost-effective solution for housing. Container homes are more
affordable than traditional housing options and offer a range of benefits over
other traditional multi-unit housing, such as apartment buildings.
